Majority of students should be able to persist and come to their own sentences with time for editing. 

 

Worksheet provides: 

- easy explanation of context

- worked example

- space to brainstorm texts' conceptual concerns 

- space to brainstorm contextual links

- space to craft sentences that will concisely 'nod' to context whilst linking to a key concept

 

Optional extension/sharing

- students may like to sit in a round and read their sentences out, writing down their peers' as they go for a broader overview of the way content and context can be linked.
